Mr. and Mrs. Taiyan from Bangladesh were blessed with a baby boy who was diagnosed at birth with Hypospadias. Understandably concerned, they chose to delay surgery initially and sought further guidance when their child turned five years old.
They connected with us through a teleconsultation, during which we explained the condition and the complete surgical plan in detail. The child was diagnosed with proximal penile hypospadias associated with severe Chordee, making it a complex case requiring staged hypospadias surgical repair.
As the penile size was small, we recommended preoperative hormonal supplementation with testosterone injections, which the family was able to arrange locally in Bangladesh.

Stage 1: Complete correction of chordee and penile straightening
Stage 2: (after 8 months): Urethroplasty (urethral reconstruction)
