She is dedicated to ensuring a pain-free surgical experience for children and is skilled in providing ultrasound-guided paediatric regional anaesthesia.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Chakraborty is active in organising Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and workshops. She is a also invited as faculty member at various medical conferences.

Dr. Rajkumar Gupta is the Coordinator for Hypospadias Foundation. He joined the team at MITR Hospital in 2006 and has been the cornerstone for actual hands on pre surgery and post-surgery care for children and adults with hypospadias. Dr Gupta manages the OT list, pre-operative treatment, data keeping for research and helping out families after hypospadias surgery. His experience spread over last ten years have helped in understand the science of hypospadias treatment and give best care to patients with hypospadias.

Mr Suraj Geddam is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), head of marketing at MITR hospital and hypospadias foundation. He plays a vital role in shaping the hospital’s public image. He oversees the hospital’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent message is delivered across all marketing channels. This includes developing and maintaining marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and the hospital’s website.
He identifies the target audiences and develops plans to reach them effectively which includes digital marketing strategies on social media and search engines.
