Dr Mahmood Abbas, is a 50-year-old Bahraini consultant Pediatric Surgeon and Pediatric Urologist. I graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The Arabian Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain in 1996 and since then I underwent training in pediatric general surgery and pediatric urology at some of the finest medical establishments in Bahrain, Egypt and France. I used to work as a consultant pediatric surgeon at the Salmaniya Medical Complex, Kingdom of Bahrain and as a lecturer & clinical tutor at The Arabian Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain. However, I currently work in the private sector as a consultant pediatric surgeon at Ibn Al Nafees Hospital and my private clinic. Personally, I have a special interest in managing children with hypospadias and other pediatric urology problems.

Dr Manish Dubey is an experienced Urologist and Andrologist working in Navi Mumbai. Together Dr Dubey and Dr Singal started Hypospadias Foundation in 2006 to address the need for committed and quality care for children and adults with hypospadias. Dr Dubey is an expert in adult urethroplasty in patients with trauma and due to BXO. He is also an expert in endoscopic and laparoscopic kidney surgeries in adults. Dr Dubey and Dr Singal together manage complicated and failed hypospadias from all over the world.

Dr Poonam Bhadlikar is an experienced pediatric anaesthesiologist at MITR Hospital and Hypospadias foundation, Kharghar. She is also a Senior Consultant At BJ Wadia Hospital For Children, Mumbai and chief anaesthesiologist at MRR Hospital for Children, Thane. She is currently the Secretary of IAPA (Indian Association of Peadiatric anaesthesiologists) Maharashtra branch. She was an Executive member of IAPA Maharashtra Branch and was an Ex- fellow of paediatric anaesthesia at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad. She is associated with organizing various CMEs, workshop and is also invited as a faculty for various conferences. She is also associated with SMILE TRAIN cleft lip-palate project Mumbai.

Dr. Rajkumar Gupta is the Coordinator for Hypospadias Foundation. He joined the team at MITR Hospital in 2006 and has been the cornerstone for actual hands on pre surgery and post-surgery care for children and adults with hypospadias. Dr Gupta manages the OT list, pre-operative treatment, data keeping for research and helping out families after hypospadias surgery. His experience spread over last ten years have helped in understand the science of hypospadias treatment and give best care to patients with hypospadias.

He has teamed up with Hypospadias foundation for more than 10 years. He is heading operation areas such as General administration, Corporate communication, Customer relationship, Business development. Dr.Ajit Baviskar helps in arranging Visa, Transportation and hassle free travel to all National and International patients taking treatment in Mitr Hospital under care of Hypospadias foundation. He also coordinates academic interaction and various events for Hypospadias Foundation.
